I disabled it in the ini files of regular Fallout NV and have no issues there but when I launch The Frontier it reenables mouse acceleration for whatever reason. The only mods I have installed are JohhnyGuitar, NVAC, Mod Configuration Menu, The Frontier, The Frontier Hotfix, UIO, and JIP LN NVSE.
